Camping
We have a specific area, adjacent to the lake, where guests can camp.
Accepted units for camping include:- horse lorries, horse trailers, tents, motorhomes and touring caravans.
Each 'pitch' is from £40 per night, hook-ups are an extra £10 per night. For prices and more information see our Holiday information.
We have a toilet and shower block adjacent to the camping area. There are available electric hook up points which are an optional extra and again these are charged for by the night.
Please be aware that we only accept holiday bookings that include at least one horse and are not able to offer / accept bookings for holidays where horses are not included.
There are a number of local restaurants and takeaways that will deliver to the farm including pizza / kebab, Indian restaurant, Chinese and Italian. We are happy to pre book tables in advance if required. (The Italian in particular needs booking as it gets full very quickly, especially in summer)
Holiday Homes
All holiday homes are equipped for self catering breaks and include bed linen. They each have oven, hob, grill, microwave, toaster, cutlery, pots and pans, crockery, glasses, fridge freezer, tv, shower and wc. You will need to bring your own towels and tea towels as we do not supply these for hygiene reasons.
Holiday homes are available from 3.00pm on the day of arrival and need to be vacated by 11.00 on the day of departure, this allows us a minimum of 4 hours to change bedding and clean through between guests. You can arrive from 2pm but an Early Arrival option (10:30am) is available at extra cost.
'Lake View' and 'The Paddocks'.
'Lake View'
'The Paddocks'
Identical in layout 'Lake View' and 'The Paddocks' are self catering holiday homes that sleep a maximum of 8 people in each.
They each have 1 x double bedroom and 2 x twin bedrooms with a further double created by converting the dining area.
They feature a spacious lounge with comfortable seating area, Freeview tv, gas fire, the separate dining area seats 8, in the kitchen there is oven, hob, grill, microwave and fridge freezer.
They each have shower room and WC. (Paddocks has an extra separate toilet) All bedding is included in the price, guests need only bring towels.
Central heated.

Woodlands
'Woodlands' is slightly smaller than the other two and sleeps a maximum of 6 people. There is 1 x double bedroom and 2 x twin bedrooms.
It has a spacious lounge with seating area, Freeview tv, gas fire, the dining area, in the galley kitchen there is oven, hob, grill, microwave and fridge freezer.
It has a shower room and WC.

Silver Birch
'Silver Birch' is offered for the first time this year, having been refurbished and had double glazing (central heating being added) There is 1 x double bedroom and 2 x twin bedrooms.
It has a spacious lounge with seating area, Freeview tv, gas fire, the dining area seats 6, in the galley kitchen there is oven, hob, grill, microwave and fridge freezer.
It has a shower room and WC.

General Information
All the holiday homes are sited in a lightly wooded area overlooking the lake / grazing paddock / outside arena.
They each have outside open space with wooden picnic table for al fresco dining.
